HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?
We are sorry that you are leaving us. If you are eligible for a refund, we request that you request within the app. You can do this by selecting ‘Profile’, then selecting ‘Settings’, then select Subscription. If you have paid for a subscription, then a ‘Request Refund’ button should appear. This button does not appear if If you have not been charged.
You have 48 hours since you bought RecoverMe Premium to request a refund for RecoverMe Premium. Once we receive your refund request, the team at RecoverMe will inspect, review and determine if it complies with our End User Licence Agreement.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We aim to complete this process within 7 working days.
If you request a refund more than 48 hours, after purchasing RecoverMe Premium, the team will review it on a case-by-case basis but are under no obligation to offer the refund.
