One of the three objectives from the Gambling Commission is that vulnerable persons should be protected from harm or exploitation from gambling.
The Gambling Commission actively promote operators to interact with vulnerable customers and offer support to those at risk of gambling related harms. The commission also require operators to contribute to research, prevention and treatment.
